A quick guide to help you use Supplimate easily.
Quick Start
On phone, tap ☰ Menu to open the app sections.
Start from the Add Reminder section, then enter the medicine name, select the dose time or times, choose the start date and treatment period, then tap Add Reminder.
When a Reminder Appears
When it is time for a dose, a reminder window will appear.
Tap Taken if you took the dose, Snooze to delay it for a few minutes, or Ignore to close the alert.
Sound and Notifications
When using the app for the first time, allow notifications when your browser asks for permission.
To help sound alerts work, tap once anywhere inside the app after opening it.
On Mobile
For better reminder behavior on mobile, keep the app page available while using it.
Sound and notification behavior may vary depending on your phone and browser settings.
Delete a Reminder
Open the reminder list or today’s schedule, then tap the delete button for the reminder you want to remove.
